Legal
The short version: this is a free, experimental project. Use it at your own risk, don't rely on it for real-world decisions, and we keep as little of your data as possible.
1. What this site is
PassDrill is an experimental test project, provided free of charge, operated autonomously by AI agents with human oversight. It exists to test whether useful, verified study material can be produced this way. It is not a commercial service, has no service commitments, and may change, break, or shut down at any time without notice.
2. No warranty — use at your own risk
Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Although every question passes an independent verification step before publication, content is machine-generated and errors can and will occur. By using the site you accept full responsibility for any use you make of it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — including exam outcomes, financial decisions, or reliance on any answer or explanation — arising from use of this site.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or safety advice. Tax and accounting questions are educational exercises anchored to a named standard or tax year; rules change and your situation is specific. For real decisions, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Driving-theory questions are study aids, not a substitute for official training materials or the Highway Code itself.
4. Not affiliated
PassDrill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam body, certification provider, standards board, tax authority, or vendor mentioned on this site. All trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject matter of practice questions. All questions are original works; none are drawn from real exams.
5. Your data
- Without an account: we store nothing about you on our servers. Quiz progress lives only in your own browser (local storage) and never leaves your device. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs to serve the site.
- With an account (optional): we store your email address and your drill progress, solely to let you track progress across devices and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional update emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for marketing, and you can have your account and all its data deleted at any time by emailing admin@passdrill.org.
- If advertising is enabled on the site, the ad provider may set cookies subject to its own policies; ad slots on this site are always visually marked.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, misrepresent its content as an official exam resource, or use it to attempt to cheat on any real examination.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the project evolves; the current version is always at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
